Steel Price Increase To Impact Pre-engineered Steel Building Prices

The price of pre-engineered steel buildings is impacted by the price of steel. Please be aware that USA steel mills are rapidly raising the price of raw materials. There are several factors causing the increases, including a shortage of scrap metal, high scrap metal prices, shortage of coke which is used to fuel the blast furnace during the steel making process and a higher steel demand, caused in part by China. Contact your steel building dealer immediately to stay ahead of any possible steel price increases that may impact prices on pre-engineered steel buildings and metal building systems.
