Cancelled Texas Steel Buildings

We have recently had 5 pre-engineered steel buildings cancelled by a customer in the San Antonio area who was unable to get financing. Because these steel buildings are in the yard and ready to be delivered, our plant Manager has allowed us to sell these buildings at a price that is substantially less than the balance owed. These buildings will meet most codes in Texas: IBC2006, 95 mph wind, 5 lb ground snow and 3 psf collateral.

If you can put 25% down and pay the balance upon delivery, call now. These buildings are being sold on a first come first serve basis and we are extending this offer only until December 30^th so that we can close our books for the year.
