The Role Of The Head Regarding Construction Quality Control Plan Ahhhh....Construction Quality Control Plan. Business is going well and perhaps you're having a new building built, or an addition to your existing building put on; in the midst of the excitement, who's responsible for the Construction Quality Control Plan? After all, this plan could possibly make or break you.
Thankfully, you have some options when it comes to a Construction Quality Control Plan. You can hire an expert to head up the plan. He will probably insist on using several of his own people to make sure that the construction safety plan is executed correctly. Take note that the time is moving while the professional and team member ensure that quality control is being established.
Although you're required by law to have the Construction Quality Control Plan, the law doesn't specify who needs to develop the plan. Thus, you and a team of your employees can be in charge of the quality plan. Word of caution though'plan on spending months developing the plan and having to tweak the plan along the way. Keep in mind should anything go wrong, all fingers will be pointed your way.

Two years ago when our teddy bear company skyrocketed in sales, we knew it was time for a new building. We needed a large space for the factory, a wing for four offices and a good size space for our gift shop. We also wanted two parking lots'one in front of the building and one to the left. For the reason that we are amazed with all the efforts from Construction Quality Control Plan members, we decide to not tell them about our initial window display! When our building officially opens, visitors will be greeted with a miniature scene of our building being built. Construction workers will wear hard hats and be manned with different tools. Standing a ways from the site will be our quality control team with jackets that say "Construction Quality Control Plan Matters."
