LEVEL I – Complete Dairy Facility Design, Building Plans and Blueprints
- At level 1 we will design a complete pre-engineered steel buildings dairy barn system layout to fit your dairy needs and business plan. We include complete design plans and provisions for future cow dairy expansion. We provide you complete sets of blueprints which show the complete layout of the dairy barn pre-engineered steel b uildings system, metal building building design plans which show specific layout designs depending on the system chosen, and permit drawings. You can then provide these to your builder or contractor for construction of the facility.
LEVEL II – Complete Dairy Facility Design PLUS Supply of Pre-engineered Dairy Barn Facility Steel Buildings
- At level 2 in addition to providing the blueprints, designs plans and layouts, and permit drawings from level 1, we design, engineer and supply complete dairy barn facility pre-engineered steel buildings including metal barns, parlors, holding areas. All steel buildings utilize Olympia’s rigid steel frame I-beam construction.
- We also put you in contact with the best suppliers, contractors, and erectors.
LEVEL III – Complete Turnkey Operation – WE HANDLE IT ALL!*
- Level 3 is our complete Turnkey program. In addition to the designs, layouts and pre-engineered steel buildings from levels 1 and 2, our team of experienced pre-engineered steel building Dairy System Specialists will manage and handle all phases of development and facility construction, including all necessary supplies, contractors and erectors. Hire us as the project manager and Olympia handles all sub-contracting until the building is complete.
